"The Beachbody Company" 


As of June 28, 2021, Beachbody is officially a publicly traded company with the New York Stock Exchange! If you are anything like me, this excited you beyond belief and then you looked at yourself like, "what does this mean?" You are not alone there, ha-ha! You can find the trading under the ticker, "BODY". This was a three way merger! The merger involves Beachbody of course, Myx fitness, and Forest Road Acquisition Corp. Read up on it!

Beachbody has a roadmap in place to become "the Disney plus of fitness"

So why now and what does going public mean for Beachbody? CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler said it best when he said, "As a public company, we aim to accelerate our growth and introduce many more people to our proven fitness and nutrition solutions. With this transaction, we will deploy capital to grow our platform, add connected fitness hardware through the acquisition of Myx and continue to create the most exciting and innovative in-home fitness content."

How can you purchase stock? Well if you have any 401K or investments with companies such as Fidelity for example, you can reach out to them to see how to purchase "BODY" stock. There is also an app called, "Robinhood", that you can download for immediate help in purchasing your stock! 

I will close with this....There has never been a better time than NOW to get on board with the income opportunity as a coach! 645- the newest Beachbody program coming July 2021

My thoughts on the sample workout/program...will I do it?


First off, I love Amoila as a trainer! He is hilarious and also tough in the best way possible! I was kinda hoping for an explicit track on this program, like "6 Weeks of the Work" and "4 Weeks of the Prep"--but no bueno! (Curse words are my fitness language- haha). 

This is a 50 min sample workout and Amoila takes you through the different phases of the program, "645" by giving you just a hint of what you will be doing. 

Equipment you will needYou’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and Power Loops for most workouts. 

Program Structure: 6 days a week, 45 mins per workout...13 week program! It is broken into 4 stages that are 4 weeks per stage weeks 1-3 and 1 week in the final week, week 13! 

Nutrition: With 2 AMAZING nutrition programs to choose from and some revamps/additional materials added...You will have the opportunity to choose what you vibe with! Happy to help you here!

Don't worry this program is NOT about killing yourself in your workouts, rather, Amoila is aiming to teach peeps to properly warm up and use your workouts to fuel your body and energy levels-not leave you feeling depleted! It's functional fitness, and I have a feeling after trying this sample, that this will be and EPIC and transforming kind of program! So I def plan on doing this program! Coach access window starts 7/6/21 and customers early access window begins 7/19/21!
