6 Weeks of The Work

FAQs:

1. What’s the difficulty level?Advanced. We recommend taking the Fit Test ahead of time before starting this program. If you don’t pass the Fit Test, talk to your Beachbody Coach to find another program on Beachbody On Demand that’s a better match for your fitness level, and then come back and take the Fit Test again. Amoila will be waiting for you.

Are weights and equipment required to do 6 Weeks of THE WORK?REQUIRED: Light, medium and heavy weights, Beachbody Resistance Loops, and Beachbody Strength Slides
OPTIONAL: Chin-Up Bar, Chin-Up Max, and Mat.

3. When will the workouts be available? Those that purchased 6 Weeks of THE WORK will have access to the workouts on Beachbody On Demand starting on September 30. Workouts will be released weekly. The workouts enter the Beachbody On Demand member library on April 21, 2020.

4. Can the workouts be downloaded and watched offline? Yes.  Can the program materials be downloaded?Yes. BOD members can view and download the program materials  (online). 

5. Is there a modifier? No. There is no modifier, that’s why it’s so important to take the fit test before starting the program. There will, however, be modifications to using the chin-up bar.
